Filtering macro needed

Trying to filter Column “A” based on the max value. In the attached spreadsheet in Column A there is numbers 1 through 11 (1 through 11 represents the period for the months). For this month I would only care about data associated with period 11 and next month I would only care about 12 and so on.
I know I could simply filter but trying to see if there is a streamline process to do this as each but there is new period added.

Any help is appreciated!!
