how can submit data from one excel sheet to another excel sheet

how can submit data from one excel sheet(User.xlsx) to another excel sheet(Workstation.xlsx)

using vba code(submit button)

onclick it should submit data of User.xlsx to workstation.xlsx

in my user.xlsx having an userform in that labels and textboxes and button i want to submit there data to workstation.xlsx(login details)

whenever i submit it opens an workstation file in background

because it reveals the information which is in the workstation file
