Selecting and copying cells between certain texts multiple times.

Hi,
I have the following problem. I have a long excel file made from multiple word documents that contains descriptions of furniture. Each original word document has the same structure.
1.Header
2.Table with 2 columns with information of manufacturers, in the last row of table there is distinct text (Furniture) in columnA, and serial number in column B.
3.Now there is content which i'm not interested in copying.
4.Then there's header with distinct text - but with different numbers on each, so it only contains a distinct text, not the whole cell is always the same.
5.First list which i want to copy.
6.Then again header with distinct text (again with different number).
7.Second list which i want to copy.
End of document.
I'm only interested in data marked in red and i would like to copy it to new sheet in form of a list:

Autonumerate1	serial number in column B
	Title of first list
	Autonumerate2(from1)	5.First list which i want to copy.
	Title of second list
	Autonumerate3(from1)	7.Second list which i want to copy.

The whole thing done until end of document. I feel sorry for posting this, but i seriously have no idea how to write this, i'm a very beginner in the matter of vba. I would appreciate any help. This stuff would seriously save me A LOT of time, I don't know if it's even doable.

How To Post Your Workbook

At the bottom right of the Reply window, Click the button Go Advanced
At the top of the Your Message Window, in the first row of icons, Click the Paperclip icon.
Click the Add Files button at the top right in the dialog box. This displays the File Manager dialog.
Click the Select Files button at the bottom middle of the dialog.
In the new window Find the file you want to upload, select it, and Click Open.
You will now be back in the File Manager dialog. Click the bottom Middle button Upload File.
Wait until the file has completely uploaded before you exit the File Manager dialog.

Hello,
Thanks for replying. I've attached cleared up file as requested - Sheet1 - data set, Sheet2 - list which i want to obtain. I just want to get this output, if there's another way of combining this I will gladly accept any solutions. Thanks for help in advance.

EDIT: I would also like to add that only cells marked in red are wanted for extraction.
