    COUNTIFS Excluding Multiple Critera

I know that if I want to exclude something in the statement I will "<>NULL/ND", but what if i want to exclude two values? Do I do the same as if I were counting additional, like {"<>NULL/ND","<>NOPE"}.

    Thanks.
