Formula/code required to compare two different cell content and highlight the diffreneces

Hi,

Need urgent help on text comparison in two different cells and to highlight the additions/changes in the second cell.

I have two cells containing some text. The first cell and second cell will contains almost same text but the second cell may contains some additions/changes. To identify the changes/additions I wanted them highlight them with Strike through/Bold/Different color.

Kindly help me.

I just did this process manually in the attached sample file.

Can we say there is always a "Carriage Return" between each data in each cell?

yes PCI, there will be Carriage Return
