Hi, I have a work sheet which there have 3 sheets. In Sheet1 i have filled all the required details. In Sheet 2 I have the Master Sheet & In Sheet 3 I have monthly target sheet. In Sheet 1 H column i need the data of Aug 14. First i have to check the designation of E column, if it is State Head or Zonal Manager there is no Target & it is mentioned NA, If it is branch manager then it will make sub total of the respective branch & will mention in H column. For ex. If the name of the Employee is B whose designations Branch Manger, then its Achieved target will be Rs.800000 which i have take total of D column- approval amount of August 14 sheet of Delhi branch. If the department is Credit & Operation & the Designation is not Branch Manger & Zonal Manager then the Achieved target should be checked by name wise in Aug 14 sheet of D column. For ex. If the employee name is C then its Achieved will be Rs. 850000 after make all the totals of C achieved & if it will E the amount will be Rs. 700000. If the Employee is not a branch manager & State head & Zonal manager & the name is not in the Aug 14 D column then it will mention just NA. I have attached file for your reference. Thanks.
