Count highest number of letter in a cell

Hello gurus,

I just want to count the highest number of letters in a cell and display that letter in column I2.

For example i have the below data:

A2 = A
B2 = A
C2 = Z
D2 = Z
E2 = Z
F2 = E
G2 = R
H2 = F

in I2, it should display "Z" because it is the highest number of letter in the cell.
