If you re-arange your data in a verticaly way, you can use a pivot table for analyze your data.

    See the attached file.

Re: Extract data from a Table

Your post does not comply with Rule 8 of our Forum RULES. Do not crosspost your question on multiple forums without including links here to the other threads on other forums.

Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. The last thing you want to do is waste people's time working on an issue you have already resolved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post.

Expect cross-posted questions without a link to be closed and a message will be posted by the moderator explaining why. We are here to help so help us to help you!

Read this to understand why we ask you to do this, and then please edit your first post to include links to any and all cross-posts in any other forums (not just this site).
    Regards
    sktneer

    @ sktneer & oeldere,

I'm really sorry for what i did. It was because i was not much aware of the rules and the reasons behind those. Now i understand and i will post the links to other posts.

Re: Extract data from a Table

OK. That's fine. Please edit your first post and include these links there also.

Try this Array Formula which requires confirmation with Ctrl+Shift+Enter instead of just Enter which you normally used in case of a regular excel formula.

Re: Extract data from a Table

Forgot to mention that formula in D9 is copied across and down. i.e. you need only one formula to populate the table based on the company name.

Re: Extract data from a Table

For that you don't need to make any change in the formula. You just need to copy the formula (the formula in D9) down to the row 12 and across. That's it.
See the attached. Are you getting the correct desired output?
