User Defined Functions - How to Create Descriptive Parameters?

I'm a longtime user of Tigeravatar's ConcatIf and a few others, but have recently begun to dive into the realm of creating my very own UDF's.

When I use a canned function such as SUMIF() the tool tip provides me with a brief description of the parameters: SUMIF(range, criteria, [sum_range])

Can descriptions of parameters also be written for UDF's so users know what arguments should be entered and in what order?

I read that article before posting, but it doesn't address my question at all.

The subroutine merely adds elements that populate the Function Interface, should you deign to click the f(x) button.

I'm talking about parameter descriptions that appear while typing directly into cells.
