Copy Value from Colum according to Matching in another Column. IMPORTANT PLS

Dears,

I'm in a very serious situation and I want to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I've an Excel sheet
with Col1 and Col2

I need a formula which will check the matching numbers in Col2 and put the values from Col1 seperated by comma into a new column. I'll
attach that file and you will understand exactly what I need from the first 4 rows.

you can use above fuction
=vlookup(search v, chose({1,2}, select 1 collum range , select 2 colum range),2,0))
