Updating macro to close pop-up windows.

Hello All,

Attached macro that was created for me awhile back that bascially opened files, updated the values on each sheet that were references to other files and then save and close.

This worked great... until i updated to Office 2013.

Now with excel 2013 everytime i try to update my files a pop-up comes up
"This workbook contains links to one more more extrenal sources that could have unsafe"

Can someone have a look at this macro and add in the command to ignore (or to accept the pop-up) so that I do not manually have to do this?
