Want to add radio buttons only if another cell is not blank

So if cell B1 is not blank, I want two radio buttons to be visible (Yes & No). Cell B1 uses vlookup to return either a question or returns a blank. If B1 returns a blank, then I have no need for the Yes & No radio buttons to be visible. I have never used VB. Is this possible to do? Thanks.

I assumed you are using ActiveX radio buttons and I assumed on their names.
