Finding Un - Personalized names

Hi All,

Am using excel 2010 containing more than 1 lakh records of employee data. In that I need to find unpersonalized cards. E.G. Test, Sample..Etc.

Have attached sample excel in that only row number 2 and 5 are the valid names. Other names are not yet personalized i am looking for a macro which will highlight those names in the same sheet.

They record count may increase from 1 lakh in the coming days. Hence am looking to automate this
