Changing images with userform and VLOOKUP? Not sure

Okay need some advice and very possibly some help. I have an area of 3 columns and we will say M17 has an image N17 has CIS120 and O17 Has Computer Concepts. There is one of these down to Row 26.

I am trying to figure out a way to change the image in M17 to M26 column. I tried a dropbox using Complete,Not Complete, In Progress, and Mandatory but problem was it showed that term when the box wasnt selected and was out of place didnt go with the layout. Is it possible to do this with VBA there is 3 pictures and a * in a sheet called images The names are in A2:A5 and the images are B2:B5. I was thinking a userform that looked like this Crazy Idea.PNG but that I think would be a nightmare to code all the checkboxes. Is there a way to populate the form with what is in range M17:O26 and use a dropdown with the term to match the image and it update the image? OR is it possible to ?? I am at a lose on how to approach this. Can someone possibly give an idea(s) of what would be a good approach? Here is a picture Crazy Idea2.PNG of the layout and how the images are. Would be nice if a image could be inserted in a dropdown box and then I would just need to select the image.

Thank you hopefully someone understands what I am asking or has a decipher ring for Gibberish to English

I am unable to view the attachments because you uploaded it in some other websites (Because of Security Policy Restriction).

Can you please attach the file in this website itself?

Open the file and select the sheet #55 and check whether that fulfills your expectation

Re: Changing images with userform and VLOOKUP? Not sure

That is a handy dandy little workbook, but no that is what I am hoping to avoid. In that sample if you click A4 and click from the drop down the text is still there even though the image is doing what I want its the text I am trying to avoid. This is why I was hoping there was a vba alternative to this same method but without the dropdown on the sheet. If that makes sense. FYI I am so saving this workbook

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
