Table Update based on column info.

I want to build a table that keeps track of a Column.

in the column I have Player rankings.

1= great
2 = ok
3 = average

so I have a table that right now shows the % of 1,2 or 3 and the count.

If I go in and make a chane to one of the rankings, How can I have excel recognize to change the table automatically to reflect the new % & count.
