Warning message box - Overwrite data, Y / N

Hi I am using the code bellow.

This code finds in another excel workbook the same text as defined cell and copy all the data in correct row.

And I would like to add following message box:

This code needs to recognise if the output row is blank or already filled with some text.
If there is some text, then before copy I need the warning box "The data already exists!" Do you want to overwrite? YES - continue, No - stop copy.

Could somebody help me?

Hm, but I want to show this message only if the data realy exists. Thats mean there must be "something" that first check the target columns. And I unfortunatelly cannot solve that issue.

If the columns are blank - just copy without any message box.
If the columns are filled - message box (Are you sure to overwrite date)

Any idea?
