Question Opaque background in font menu for chart labels: are they gone in xl2010??

    Hello,

we are finally migrating from xl2003 to xl2010 and here's something I miss and google was not so helping
I am looking for the option of opaque background in data label
not the data label "fill" option, but rather in the font menu, the possibility to establish opaque background, which is much smaller in area, so it does not cluttler the chart

I attach the option image --

anybody with a hint or workaround??
