Excel Macro to Assist in Building a Military DA Form 1379

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help me develop a macro to help ease the burden of tracking several individual Soldiers for weekend drill periods. I've attached the sheet (with comments) of what I'm needing to create. Let me know if you need some additional data to spark thoughts.

Hi and welcome to the forum

Personally I think you're overcomplicating this by using Forms ComboBoxes controls.
Why not just the relatively simple cell Data Validation. First name your A2:A13 range on sheet2 and then and use that name in the cell validaion 'List' option.

Thanks for your help and I completely agree with data validation for the "Performance." However, I still need a macro to create the data that I've described in the cell B2 Note.
