Median for Sheets of Data

Hi All,

Please excuse me, I will try my best to explain my problem as detailed as possible.

I have a several sheets of data which needs processing to find the Median of the Column (2 parts).

The Columns are split into 2 parts.
First part is from Row 2 to the Row above "4th" is located (refer to Column G).
Second part is from the Row where "4th" is located to the end of the Column.

So currently, I need to do a search for this "4th" in Column G, and do a Median for the first half, then do a Mean for the second half. All these are done manually, but I have 200 sheets to process. The problem is that the "4th" is in a different Row in every sheet. Is there a macro or program which can find the "4th", then calculate the first part and the second part?
