Color a few columns in a row with a click

    Hello guys,
I had been trying to get a macro that allow me to highlight in yellow some columns in a row whenever I mouse click, just to have a later count of how many rows had yellow columns ( please see attached file with explanation).
The situation is I need to count how many orders are complete in the same day as ordered between 00:00 thru 19:00, any order that is placed before 19:00 is OK to be completed the next day. At this moment the macro I’m running you can highlight “ALL’ the row but I wants to highlight just the raw data number of columns ( in this case just until column D ).
A plus could be a formula to count the number of rows with yellow.
Thanks in advance for any help…

That fixes the code you had, but are you saying you want the yellow coloring done automatically without the need to click the mouse in a specific cell? If so, is do-able, just need to know what event you want to trigger the code.

The yellow count is also doable, just need to know if you're going to have multiple tables on one sheet like your "What I do now" sheet, what you want done with the yellow count, and if the yellow count is per table or for the whole sheet.

    Thanks Walruseggman,
Your Range code works excellent, and yes: ideal could be a macro that automatic identify, color and count those order not completed the same day as ordered in that range 00:00 thru 19:00. However, that macro is way too much advance for my little knowledge , I wish to
