Creating New Worksheet From Appending Other Worksheet Data in Same Workbook

Hi, very new here, please bear with me...

I am trying to find a way to combine all worksheet data into one "Master" worksheet, which I can pre-create. All sheets are A3:H43, always 100 sheets in the workbook. If I could get some direction on what I'm trying to do with the following code it would be much appreciated!!!!
