Remove comments after cell is populated

Hello. I have a column(B) that has comments in each cell, used to remind staff what to enter in the cell.
Could someone please advise me if I can have VBA check the columns and for the ones that are eventually populated with data, the comment is then deleted from that cell. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
