VLOOKUP using data from other excel file

    Hi,

I am new member here and new to macros in excel

My point is to use the vlookup function by getting data from another file.
The file wont be in the same folder or wont always have the same name, but the sheet insides will be always the same.
So i would like, before run the vlookup fuction, an explorer-window be opened for choosing the right file, and get the data from it.
I have written the below code, but because i use also autofill to fill the column d , the "exploer-window" opens twice
How can i make it open only one time ?

    Thanks for you time
