copy hourly updated values to new rows

Hello, I feel this has a simple solution but I can't wrap my head around it.

So far sheet1 lists all the foreign exchange rates (provided by msn money) and updates every hour.

What I am trying to do is copy all the exchange rate values to a row in sheet2 and with every hourly update copy the new values to a row below.
thus creating a list of the exchange rates, hour by hour, automatically.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
