10% & 50% data of autofiltered visible data and move it to next sheet

seeking help on autofilter and to get 10% data of Total visible data and copy paste it to sheet name 10%
And to autofilter the data and to get 50% data of total visible data and copy paste it to sheet name 50%

Below is example data,

Name Status %
Rag Completed 10%
Rag pending 10%
Rag Completed 10%
Rag pending 10%
Rag Completed 10%
Rag pending 10%
Rag Completed 10%
Rag Completed 10%
Rag Completed 10%
Man pending 50%
Man pending 50%

what i want is

Autofilter third column "10%" and autofilter status only "completed"
so now, autofiltered visible data......

Now what i want is , out of total visible data. I want only 10% of this Total visible data to copy and paste in to sheet named 10%.

like wise to do for 50%.

code to apply autofilter third column "50%" and to autofilter status "completed"

now i want 50% data of total visible data to copy pasted in sheet named 50%.

That is all i want.........please help me with some example workbooks.

Thanks for your reply.
this sampling % is arrived as below.

i will get report of Quality % of individual.
so, if Quality % is >90% and <96/5 then sampling is 50%
if Quality % is >96% then sampling is 10%.

i see the quality of individual in the report and i tag each individual if 10% or 50% manualy.
Later with the sample report i attached, i apply lookup then i get the last % filled in this report.

Now since i taged the individual with %, i need sample data of each individual as mentioned in %.
if the individual is taged with 10%, i need 10% data of their total data filtered.
