please help urgent

i would like to generate all possible combinations of a 4 fold football accumulator , i know its 3^4 (three because its three possible outcomes win for either teams or draw) and 4 because its four different games. so the total would be 81.
BUT I would like help on how dis can be achieved in excel because doing it manually is exhausting as i would also like to increase the number of games in the future. Is there a way i can generate football accumulator combinations of 3^14 or ^4 if easier or ^7 in excell ? and also if there is a way to eliminate some unwanted combinations maybe through probability after all possible combos are listed.
