Copy, Rename and Store PDF in Another Location

Hi,

I have a worksheet that have many of the same Active X command button so i need to reference relatively to the location of the button.

The following is the function of the button:

1. When Clicked, allows user to source for a PDF file (the path is stored in the cell that is 1 row down and 5 columns to the right from the command button.)

2. Creates and renames a copy of the sourced file in a specified destination. (File name is the value of the cell 1 row down and 3 columns to the right of the command button. Destination is the value of the cell 1 row down and 4 columns to the right of the command button.)

3. The path of the created copy is stored in the cell 1 row down and 6 columns to the right of the command button (For the second Command button to draw up the copied file when clicked)

4. Overwrites any previously created copy with the same file name

I found some code online but it does not allow relative referencing. The sample file as attached. Checklist Mockup.xlsm
