Macro need Arranging column data in Quiz format using transpose and Text to Column Feature

Hi, can some one help me in arranging the data of excel in quiz format.
I have the data in column as follows

May this helps to you to understand requirement:
Execution:
Step1:- Transpose Columns with respect to first column, keeping first column name as category
Step2:- Move comma separated synonyms or antonyms to next columns
Step3: Again transpose the out put of text to columns as in step 1
Step4:-Arrange them in a quiz format....
Word as Question...one correct answer and 3 random wrong answers picked from column 1 or user enetered column
