Format min & max and number category

Hello

I have a chart which changes on the value of another cell (drop down).

I would like the chart to highlight the min & max values but I'm not sure how to do this, someone else said it could be done via VBA?

Also, the format for the drop downs are different, e.g. some are currencies and some are percentages. On sheet GraphData range B25:F25, I would like this format to change with the cell drop down change, so that the correct format is on the chart.
