    Slow running worksheet macro

I have worksheet macro that takes a very long time to run. There are only 47 target cells and it takes up to 30 seconds to complete!
Can anyone see how I can improve on this?

Honestly the code you have is really efficient. IMO it is very clean and was written by someone who knows what they are doing. Point being I don't think it is the code causing you the problem. To test I put it in a test workbook with a timer

Turn off some of Excel's functionality before running code and turn on afterwards:

I suspect that your code is self-triggering itself because Enable events is turned off.
