VBA textbox equal time of first change

Hi

I have a value that should run in a certain range. If this value goes out of its range I would like to have a text box that states the time it first went out of range. Currently the text box equals now but with every refresh it changes if the value is still out of range.

Please help if there is a way to only let this value change when the other value is back in range

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
