Filter data according to dates within data sheet into list box

    Good Morning,

Hope this post finds you well.

I have a projects list that project managers update through a user form on a weekly basis. They are supposed to update it on a weekly basis.
What I need help with is, that I would like to insert a command button on my “GUI” sheet so when I press the button there must be some kind of pop up window where I can select a filter for dates to search the whole list who has recently updated their projects or not.

It would be nice to say I want a list of projects which haven’t been update within the last week and later. Something like that.

I would like that info that is filtered to be shown in a list box so that I can print this list or copy it to be send as e-mail to the project team.

I only want this list to contain the project managers name and the project name with the date is been last updated.

I hope this is clear. I have attached an excel file as an example.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Thanks for the fast reply. I appreciated it very much. Looks awesome.

Is it possible to insert a calendar pop-up the pick a start and end date for the filter and limited the data only to Column A, B, and E in the List box?

Sorry, but I am as raw as it gets with VBA.

    Thanks!

That is correct yes. Want to list just the project managers and their projects according to when they last updated their porjects between two specific dates. Basically list all projects between these two dates in the list box. Thanks!

It can also just filter the list in the list box to show which projects was last updated prior to a date. Like for example, show me all the projects that were not updated in the last week or two, something like that.
