The workbook has a WORKBOOK SheetChange code which changes the values of multiple cells on multiple sheets. Consequently you cannot have Events Disabled, as each cell changing causes others to change. The result, the WORKBOOK SheetChange is fired repeatedly within itself.
It fails at this point (but not on the first run)
Message:
Run-time error ‘-2147417848 (80010108)’:
Method ‘Cells’ of object’_Worksheet’ failed
Regardless of what I change this line of code to, it still fails.
HOWEVER, if I select debug I can step thru WITHOUT ERROR ?!?!?
So, I added a delay, which eliminated the error!
However, now, after the code finishes I get any number of message boxes containing:
Cannot run the macro “My Workbook’!True’. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.
There is no macro named “True” so I have no idea what this is about. It doesn’t cause me any grief except the user has to say OK a half dozen times.
