Copying Data Between Two Different Excels By Macro.

    Hi,

I have an excel_1 in C:/excel/ path. The excel has one sheet and has it columns A2,B2,C2 and D2 data.

    A2 B2 C2 D2

    XYZ 123 789 R1R

Requirement is in excel_2 there will be a hidden tab Cirteria1 and there should be a macro which when ran, this will check if A2 cell value of excel_2 matches with excel_1. If matches then check if B2 cell is empty. if empty then copy from excel_1 and do this for a range of rows. If value is present then do nothing. Once done close the excel_1 without saving it.

    Thanks
