Copy & Paste Special Values at a Specific Time Each Day

Hello All,

I will be needing to track progress daily and want to have something set up to copy and paste special values of a column every day at 5:00pm. I am building this on a massive scale and for people who will use the document daily and the more automated I can make it, the less room for human error. On the attached file, only the highlighted yellow column will be changed daily. If you look at the file maybe you can follow what I am trying to accomplish. I have left the second row in my table in the text form to see the formulas. The column that I need to "Copy & Paste" automatically is a sumifs formula matching the "Boss" the specific date in that column, but as "10/31" turns to "11/1" due to the "=Today()" formula everything in the "10/31" column will moved to the "11/1" column. I need those values to stay for 10/1 and the updated totals to be calculated in 11/1 column.

I found were it was possible to code a document to copy and paste every 5 min via a timer, however I need my document to past the specified range at a specific time each day.

Is there a code that could be written that could perform the following actions:
When the 1st row in a column matches todays date, from Column B:xxx, then copy and paste special values within that column after 5:00pm that day.

The formulas in the columns to the right will need to remain in order to calculate the following days total of "Earned Hours"

Hopefully I have explained this enough to maybe not confuse you too much. Any help is greatly appreciated.
