Roster "calculator" needs a home macro

Hi, I have a roster/shift calculator that i designed and have used for the past few years. It's pretty basic and shows a weeks roster for a group of people that just scrolls forward or backwards a week at a time.
My challenge is to create a macro that will return the roster to the "current" week - I guess I know what I want it to do; look at the range of dates for the week and compare them to todays date and then if the range does not, then run the macro (backward or forward) until the condition is satisfied.
If anyone can help it would be appreciated, also happy to include any suggested changes to tidy up.
