Copying data based on multiple criteria from one sheet to another

Hi All,

thanks a lot for taking time to looking to the issue.

I am after a macro which can filter one sheet based on multiple criteria's then copy and amend that data into next sheet.

I have attached a file with Source and Dest tabs in it. in the source all but column B is copied to the Dest tab.

destination tab has more fields than source tab.

I would like to filter

filter column B and pick all #N/A
then filter column D and pick E and M
then filter column E and pick MEL
then filter column G and pick APPR, FINSH and OPEN

then copy this data and append to Dest tab.

Column B from source tab does not get copied over.

Need small clarification on your query

1) Suppose if I Filter #N/A from Column B , however E & M is not available in Column D then what do you want ?
2) Suppose what filtering Coumn B & D, then there is no MEL in Column E then what ?
