Combo Box Values depending on adjacent cells

    Hello genius,
I have a form on excel that shows a list of reservation number. The form is used on "Service" sheet. Form have a few fields. One combobox named "reservation number". It displays the reservation number list from "record" sheet.
Record sheet have unique reservation number in column A. COlumn B-F have other relevant data. Column G have "entry date" and Column H have "Exit Date".
I want that the combbox list shows only resrvation numbers whose Exit Date column H is empty.
Also when a new customer comes in, a new row inserted on top of table. so is there an easy way to add all customers in that list from record sheet.. Table starts from A5..

If your workbook contains sensitive or confidential information, please redact it before posting your workbook.
    Sincerely,
