Excel VBA - auto email for identified late tasks

Hello,

I have recently become more familiar with VBA and it has really helped me! I have created several helpful workbooks, that my colleagues and management enjoy very much.

But I wondered if you could help me with a workbook solution. I am a project officer and I am in charge of the change management portion of the IT project. I have to track several time sensitive tasks, and I have created a worksheet to do so.

The problems I am having is creating automatic email reminders.

In this project I have several "domains" or departments that report to me. Each domain has tasks associated to them.
Example:

I manage change requests. Each change request is assigned a unique number. I then have to ask the 10 domains to provide their impacts on the IT change request. There is a time limit, so for each task I associate a due date. I need the workbook to send an automated email to the domains team leader, to remind them their impact is due and/ or late.

If I were to send you a workbook, would you be able to help me figure out a way to accomplish this?
