I have the below code which is supposed to transfer data from excel to word...

Its not working!

I thought it was the Word 14.0 Object Library as it is bringing up a "USER DEFINED TYPE NOT DEFINED" as an error. but the library is added.

Any thoughts??????? PLEEEEEEEASE!
