VBA help needed to search two text strings and select ranges then clear cells

Folks,

Please help me to create a macro to search for two text strings "Name" and "Total" in Column "A" then select range in between these text strings and Clear Cell Contents of offset column 3 (Column "D").


I have attached the workbook of what I am trying to accomplish.
