Hi All,
I would like to create a form in excel which should accept user id & date, on accepting the user id & date - list of 5 activities with check box has to be displayed so that they can select their relevant activities and then click on submit/save, once they have put check mark on activities & clicked on submit/save, data has to be saved in excel. So that I as an admin can review who has done what activities for the day.
Note: User ID should be given by me (Admin) to the team.
Please advise with a macro code to achieve above task.
