Dear all,
I have created one userform named "Update Leave" contain one combo box to select the staff code. After selecting the staff code other details like name, designation will display in text box. There is one text box where i need to input the date. If I press OK button then Date should be update with the worksheet named "Leave" after matching of Staff code and Name in column A and B respectively with userform details.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Without any sample file we can't give solution on assumption.
