VB Loop different variables and stop variable to find a new variable..

Hello to everyone in VB!

I require assistance.
I have a large excel data file.. in column C have different items and dates.
I require a macro that when it detects an item, copy it to column A continuously.. until you find another item and place the new item. There you are dates and which must be completed with the item value ..
