Run macro when you change position on row

I want to run macro every time when I change row by arrows down or up.

Based upon what you have provided, I believe you are looking for an event handler. Specifically, SelectionChange event. Look at this link

Hello...no exactly...

when I go down or up then I need to run one macro.

This macro... copy value from activerow and specific column to AD3 than find this copied value in other 15 columns and copy values from found column under value AD3. And I want..when I change row by arrow than macro run...and to his work...
