How to randomize order the of data in a single column?

Please look at the file attached...
It has a single column, each cell has a simple text sentence in it.
All sentences in the column are ordered by the ABC.

Is it posible to randomize the order of these cells, so that the values will not be ordered by the ABC but a random order?

i put =rand() in b2 and got nothing but the actual text "=rand()"
do you mind sending a file so i see how to use =rand() properly?

p.s: i am trying to randomize the order of the data in column A, i am not trying to get any random numbers...
