Run macro if count of L > Count of K

Hi All, is it possible to have some VBA code that would check if the count of column L is greater than the count of column K and if so run the macro, if not then skip the macro?

    Thanks in advance

Re: Run macro if count of L > Count of K

The count of the cell values? Or the count of the number of cells?
