Macros and templates IM CONFUSED

I was given the following worksheet from my teacher too complete.. but I don't understand it my teacher is kind of useless so im asking for help here. does anyone understand what I have too do?

Msg = Msg + vbCrLf

Yeah, you have to put the last line in the correct place of the code to make it work as it should.
