need some help on karate tournament charting software

I'm having problem with karate tournament software.
I can't fetch the participants of one category to kata charts i'm having formula problem in event sheet v,w columns. so plz help me..... as soon as possible...

the program excel file is 10mb plz provide me an e-mail so i can send it.
