VBA select multiple values in a pivot table field based on a list

Is it possible for a macro to select/pass multiple values in/to a pivot table page header based on a list?

In the attached file:

[1] the source data is in columns A and B
[2] the user enters the cost centres that they would like the pivot table to be based on (column D) - I have just selected 3, but it can be any number of cost centres.
[3] the pivot table page header 'Cost Centre' is then based on the cost centres that the user has selected in column D
